Care

“A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you also must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35

Liberty is a church actively seeking to share God’s love. Our Care Ministry is supported by staff members, including the Associate Pastor for Adult Ministries, a Care Coordinator, and a Parish Visitor, as well as numerous dedicated volunteers. Liberty members serve in a variety of groups that offer care: Visitation, Prayer Ministry, Stephen Ministry, and Bereavement. Individuals can serve by going on visits, delivering meals, or sending cards.

As a church, we also show care through our small groups, Bible studies, mission trips, outreach, and fellowship. We strive to offer support to those who are grieving by hosting GriefShare sessions and a special “Service of Remembrance” worship service held each December.
