Administrative Assistant – Part-time

Liberty Presbyterian is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its ministerial staff and Church Office operations. This is a part-time hourly position at 20 hours per week.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be self-motivated with professional demeanor and presence, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent verbal communication and inter-personal skills.  He/she must possess strong organizational skills, and knowledge of office computers and software (Microsoft Office Suite required; desktop publishing, Facebook and web page skills).  Added benefit would be familiarity with ACS (Automated Church Software). This person must be able to multi-task; work as team member in a collaborative environment with a wonderful office staff; and relate well to other church staff, congregants, and visitors.   The selected applicant must have two references and successfully pass a background check.

Time Requirements: 20 hours a week (Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
