Music Ministry

Liberty’s Music Ministry seeks to serve people by preparing their hearts, souls, and minds to worship our Savior. We want to set a mood by creating an atmosphere where God can speak to us and reach us in our deepest need through words and music that praises our God.

The music ministry is a hallmark feature at Liberty and is best described as a blended mix of traditional, gospel and contemporary. A typical Sunday service includes a team of worship singers, talented soloists and instrumentalists including our twin grand pianos.

We invite you to join us as we lift up the name of Jesus through the wonderful gift of music!

CHOIRS

SEASONAL CHOIR

Our Choir sings twice each year during the Easter and Christmas seasons. Rehearsals are held once a week and begin approximately six weeks prior to the performance date. Members aged 16 years and older are encouraged to join the choir each season as we glorify God through a variety of beautiful vocal music arrangements.

CHILDREN’S CHOIR

Our children’s choirs are designed for children to express their faith through a musical experience! Our Choirs perform during the year at Sunday morning Worship Services and at our Christmas program. Choirs are open to preschool through fifth grade and they meet during Sunday school. The music staff and Children’s Ministry partner together to provide exciting choir programming for children in PreK, Kindergarten, and Grade School. GET INVOLVED

MUSIC VOLUNTEER

We strive to glorify God through the exciting and vital music ministry at Liberty. Our adult choir is open to all, in addition, auditions are available for those who have experience in vocal and instrumental music.

MEDIA VOLUNTEER

Opportunities to volunteer are available in the area of Media ministries at Liberty. Computer skills with graphics and video are preferred and audio/video skills are required in the areas of sound, mixing, lighting and recording. Many other opportunities are available in other areas in the music ministry with concerts, music events, weekly services, as well as media.
