Use one (1) form per request. Each form must be returned at least 10 days prior to the event. Completing a form does NOT guarantee you will receive the space you request. Refer to the Room Request Guidelines on the back of this form. “Not for Profit” enterprises only. Notify the Church Office of any changes or cancellations. NOTE: No non-church-related events will be booked during the month of December.

Building/Room Descriptions

Each room has a standard set-up posted. The room will be set-up in the standard set-up before your event. Feel free to move tables and chairs around to fit the need of your meeting. However, if you re-arrange the room, please return the tables and chairs to the standard set-up before you leave. NOTE: Tables, chairs, and a vacuum are located in each building. Please call or stop in the office to be shown where the equipment is located for use during your event.
