Is your garage bursting? Do you need a little more space in your kitchen for new gadgets? Are you wondering what to do with your loved but unwanted items?
As you clean up for fall, please keep Liberty’s 2021 Yard Sale on Saturday, September 18 (8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.) in mind! We will gladly take (almost) all of your gently used items off your hands.
We are particularly looking for:
- baby and toddler items
- kitchen tools
- holiday items
- sports equipment
- non-upholstered furniture
We will start collecting items on Sunday, September 12, at 1:00 p.m. and will continue to collect them until noon on Thursday, September 16. Questions? Contact Susanna Robbins, Heather Burger; or Melinda Wood.
*NOTE: Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to offer a furniture pick-up night. Also, we will be unable to accept clothing, bedding, upholstered furniture, stuffed animals, any items that have been recalled, helmets, and mattresses.
The 2021 Liberty Yard Sale Extravaganza is coming!
Join us on Saturday, September 18, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The sale will feature an outdoor marketplace, with tables set up in the Shelter House and canopy tents.
We are also hosting a preview shopping night for Liberty folks, with a $5 entrance fee. Come shop from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17!
All of the proceeds from the sale go to Liberty Church’s Operating Fund to be used as needed.
Volunteering to help with the yard sale is an excellent way to help the church and meet new people.
Volunteer opportunities abound! We need help setting up the Shelter House and our marketplace on September 12. We are also looking for people to help sort and price items throughout the week leading up to the sale, and we especially need enthusiastic volunteers to welcome people to the sale on Friday, September 17, and Saturday, September 18.
If you are interested in volunteering, please email Susanna Robbins.
